 The people who supported Barack Obama the most are the one's being screwed-over the most during the last 8 years. In fact, rarely does this President talk about the poor and hungry. While he touts the low unemployment rate, Obama makes no mention of the fact that those jobs are low paying. Additionally, he has hasn't really tried getting an increase the federal minimum wage. Thankfully, several states have have raised the rate which has benefitted some of poorest in America. Needless to say, Republicans have been equally atrocious in not helping our suffering fellow citizens. Both parties have made sure that the wealthy are better off. Of course, those prosperous individuals who have never had it better do nothing to help our hungry:

Water Protector Who Disarmed Dakota Access "Infiltrator" Put on Morton County Most Wanted List12/14/2016 At Standing Rock in North Dakota, water protectors fighting the $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline are calling on Morton County to drop an arrest warrant issued for Brennon Nastacio, the Pueblo water protector who disarmed a Dakota Access security contractor attempting to infiltrate the resistance camps on October 27. A video shows Nastacio convincing pipeline security contractor Kyle Thompson to stop pointing his AR-15 rifle at the Native Americans and then hand over his 30-round clip. Thompson was later arrested by Bureau of Indian Affairs police. But Morton County went on to release Thompson without charges and instead issued an arrest warrant for water protector Nastacio on charges of "felony terrorizing." Nastacio has also been placed on Morton County’s most wanted list.  "In 2013, the fossil fuel industry cut 3,875 jobs. Solar created 14,000. When it comes to employing Americans, solar wins. Former UK Ambassador Craig Murray: I know who Leaked the Podesta Emails. Not The Russians.12/13/2016  Craig Murray, Britain’s former ambassador to Russia and a close friend of Julian Assange, has now confirmed that he knows the identity of the person who leaked the DNC and Podesta leaks to Wikileaks, and that this person is not Russian and has no connection to the Russian government. Apparently Donald Trump likes to pick people for his cabinet that are in his own image. The selection of an Exxon CEO will have grave repercussions. Especially someone who has ties to Russian dictator Putin. Then there is the question of the conflict of interest. Will he divest himself from the company? Already the press had been hounding Trump for the conflicts tied to his business interests while he is president.
Finally, the stupidity of appointing people with no experience while never having political experience is mindboggling. |
