The people who supported Barack Obama the most are the one's being screwed-over the most during the last 8 years. In fact, rarely does this President talk about the poor and hungry. While he touts the low unemployment rate, Obama makes no mention of the fact that those jobs are low paying. Additionally, he has hasn't really tried getting an increase the federal minimum wage. Thankfully, several states have have raised the rate which has benefitted some of poorest in America. Needless to say, Republicans have been equally atrocious in not helping our suffering fellow citizens. Both parties have made sure that the wealthy are better off. Of course, those prosperous individuals who have never had it better do nothing to help our hungry:
